Our BFY Results Guarantee.

When you invest in our Built For You service, we are so confident that you will achieve results that we have a results guarantee.

Here's how it works.

If your store does not generate profitable sales within 30 days of launch, we will continue working for you at no additional cost until it does.

We take the risk with you.

This guarantee applies exclusively to the Built For You service and covers:

• Product research, selection and validation
• Store build and optimisation
• Creative development
• Ad setup and launch
• Ongoing optimisation
• Performance troubleshooting and improvements

Our team continues working until the agreed outcome is reached: profitable sales.

To keep the guarantee fair and effective, you must show reasonable action and cooperation.

Eligibility requires that you:

• Approve the store and products within the agreed timelines
• Use the products and creatives provided by our team
• Launch ads using the recommended budgets and settings
• Follow the optimisation advice from our team
• Provide timely access to ad accounts, store, and tracking tools
• Maintain active communication with your assigned strategist

These behaviours are standard and ensure that your business operates smoothly and efficiently.

If all eligibility requirements are met and profitability is not achieved within the first 30 days from launch, then one guarantee applies: We work for free until you are generating sales profitably.

This includes continued ad optimisation, new creatives, product adjustments, Store revisions, CRO recommendations, strategic guidance, and ongoing support, at no cost, until the result is achieved.

This guarantee exists for one reason:

To remove all risk from you and put it on us.

You’re investing in a “built-for-you” system, and we’re backing that system with a results-driven guarantee. It is built on fairness, accountability, and a shared mission to make your business succeed.
